This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which Willow Phoenix trading as ReviveNavigator, a sole proprietorship operating from Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa (“ReviveNavigator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), processes refunds for digital products purchased through our website, including but not limited to meditation courses, e-books, audiobooks, worksheets, and other digital content (collectively, “Products”).
By purchasing a Product from ReviveNavigator, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
1. Refund Window
We offer a refund for digital Product purchases within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date. After this 7-day period has passed, we cannot offer you a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund (Digital Products)
To be eligible for a refund within the 7-day window, you must:
- Submit a refund request via email to our contact email address within the specified 7-day period.
- Provide a reason for your refund request. While your reason is important feedback for us to improve our Products, eligibility for a refund remains subject to the non-refundable situations outlined in Section 3 below.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
ReviveNavigator reserves the right to deny a refund, even within the 7-day window, under the following circumstances:
- If there is reasonable indication or evidence of unauthorized sharing or redistribution of the purchased digital Product.
- If there is a pattern of refund abuse associated with your account or purchases.
- Products received as a freebie or without charge are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to contact@revivenavigator.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Your email must include your order number, the date of purchase, the name of the Product you wish to refund, and a brief reason for your request.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment processor.
6. No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for any digital Products. Refunds, when approved, will be for the full purchase price of the eligible Product.
7. General Provisions
7.1. Relationship to Terms and Conditions: This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with, and forms an integral part of, our comprehensive Terms and Conditions, which govern your overall use of our website and services.
7.2. Severability: If any provision of this Refund Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of this Refund Policy will remain in effect.
7.3. Waiver: No waiver of any term of this Refund Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and ReviveNavigator’s failure to assert any right or provision under this Refund Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
